"Mobile CRM - Automatically log calls, emails, texts" by @Aaronontheweb
I spend a fair amount of time communicating with customers directly from my mobile phone, and it's tough to tie that back into my CRM system without having to do it myself.
I would love a mobile CRM that runs off of my smartphone (Windows Phone 7 currently) and logs any of the contact I make with people / contacts associated with my business opportunities. It can even integrate with Salesforce or any other mainstream CRM system.

"Yelp-like Service for Reviewing Handymen, Domestic Help" by @Aaronontheweb
I lived in a single city for a number of years and was able to find some great handymen (plumbers, window repairmen, etc..) and domestic help when I needed it, mostly through recommendations from my friends who had worked with them before.
I now live in a new city where I don't know many people, and it would be tremendously helpful if there were a service where I could look online and find some help for some of the work I would like to do around the house but don't have the time / equipment / expertise to do.

"Developer Dictionary/Thesaurus" by @JakeHoffner
As a developer I find myself using a thesaurus a lot trying to find the right word to name the component/pattern that I am building. Sometimes I'm building something close to say an adapter pattern but its not really an adapter, maybe its something more like a transformer or proxy (not the greatest example off the top of my head here). This could be a crowd sourced community where developers can begin to decide for good what the proper names for things are. There could also be discussion pages for when to use name X vs name Y.
"buy twitter handles" by @CameronKashani
There's no service that I know of out there that can let you acquire inactive twitter handles. Let's create something that will let you not only see what's available, but also a way to purchase them right there. Maybe in auction form? Thoughts? This was just thought of in the last 10 seconds, so feel free to butcher in any way, shape, or form. It may even exist.
"Online Service for Regularly Backing Up Databases" by @Aaronontheweb
One issue that I have with a lot of shared hosting sites, and even Database-as-a-Service services like MongoHQ and SQL Azure, is that it's nigh impossible to do regular database backups without going through a lot of pain and trouble.
There's a great service out there that does this solely for MySQL currently, MyRepono (http://myrepono.com/).
What I would like to do is create a service that can support multiple database platforms, and all you have to do is provide it your connection string and it will automatically replicate your databases at fixed intervals specified by the end-user, and it will maintain x-number of snapshots based on how much the user is willing to pay for storage.
For restoring a database, the service will provide a connection string to the time-sliced databases residing in its service and will enable a customer to do a restore as though it were performing one off of another database server in its local cluster.
What do you think?

"Drag-and-Drop Tool for Building CSS Stylesheets" by @Aaronontheweb
"I'm a back-end developer, and I blow through my .NET code quickly when I'm trying to scaffold a new website or web app. It's second nature to me and easy to do.
However, when it comes time to put together the CSS styles for my site, it's agony. For every hour I spend coding something on the back-end, I spent three smoothing out CSS bugs.
For someone like me, table-based layouts were intuitive and CSS isn't so much; even though I understand individual properties and how they work, the whole experience of building a CSS style sheet is extremely tedious and time-consuming.
Therefore I propose that we build a visual tool that enables developers to do drag-and-drop design for their stylesheets and produces W3C-compliant code. It could be implemented as a web application or as a desktop application."
